Valentine's Day Kids Yoga Class

A fun, silly kids yoga class that will definitely include taking big chest breaths, giving ourselves hugs, noticing our hearts beating at different rhythms and thinking about what we love! For our youngest friends, parents are invited to join them on their mats for a little extra help. If your child is comfortable on their own, feel free to relax nearby and watch them play!
